Every granule, controlled from start to finish
Raw material se leke finished granule tak — the entire production journey happens in-house. Here's exactly how we do it, and how we keep quality consistent.
Nine controlled stages
A single, integrated line — so nothing is outsourced and nothing is left to chance.
Raw Material Sourcing
We source quality post-industrial polycarbonate feedstock from trusted channels, screening it for suitability before it ever enters the line.
Sorting
Material is carefully sorted by type and colour to remove contaminants and ensure a clean, consistent input stream.
Grinding
Sorted material is size-reduced into regrind, creating a uniform particle size ready for reprocessing.
Reprocessing
The regrind is melted and homogenised under controlled conditions, restoring a consistent, workable polymer melt.
Filtration
Melt filtration removes fine impurities, delivering clean material that protects your tools and downstream quality.
Pelletizing
The filtered melt is extruded and cut into uniform granules — the free-flowing pellets your machines are built for.
Cooling & Drying
Pellets are cooled and dried to tight moisture targets, critical for defect-free moulding of polycarbonate.
Quality Inspection
Each batch is checked against our specifications — density, melt flow, moisture and appearance — before approval.
Packaging & Dispatch
Approved granules are packed, labelled and dispatched, ready to run straight off the pallet on your line.
Checked at every stage, approved before dispatch
Consistency isn't luck — it's inspection. Each batch is verified against our specifications so what leaves our facility runs cleanly on yours.
